TLC Pet Haven, located in Sutton, Massachusetts, is a dog and cat boarding kennel, offering professional pet grooming in our shop or mobile grooming van. We know your pet is "one of the family" and that is why we take the TLC from our name and spread around the Tender Lovin’ Care. We have been in business for over 30 years and many of our staff have been with us for a good portion of those years. They are knowledgeable people whose first concern is the quality of care that your pet receives.TLC Pet Haven is family owned and operated by Bill and Denise Jones treating your pet like one of their family.

Besides keeping TLC running smoothly, Bill generally runs the groom-in-van and Denise teaches grooming and kennel management at a local college.We offer a wide variety of services including in-shop grooming as well as in-van grooming at your home. Our boarding facilities serves top of the line pet foods and offers playtime, social hour and other individualized services. We have added 6 Luxury Suites complete with TV’s!

We offer doggie daycare, dog training, pet sitting, walking and sell pet supplies, including holistic dog foods, brushes, combs, collars, leashes, shampoos, toys, and Greenies. We carry flea and tick control products, including Frontline. We also sell crates, kitty litter, stuffed animals and sweaters. We service most of Worcester County and the Blackstone Valley.
